April 19th , 2004 Happy Patriots Day to our readers from Maine and Massachusettes. For those of you not from either of those states, Patriot's Day is considered an official government holiday for those states to celebrate our forefathers and the patriots who helped to mold this country. That, and it's just another reason to have a day off. ^_^ Lots of great news this week! First up...we now have a "Home Grown" store for Muy Muvesto! Basically on the Shop! link over there it won't automatically jump you to our Cafepress stuff. Instead it'll bring you to a new page where you can purchase posters and prints made right here in my den by yours truly. Right now there is only one poster available but I hope to have more on the way. Secondly...if you'd like to see that sweet arse poster and person and you are close to the Westbrook, Maine area then I would suggest that you visit WEEKEND ANIME. I gave the store owner my very first poster simply for being cool. So if you want to check out the goods for real, then give them a visit. If you're not from the area then you'll just have to take my word on how cool it really is. Thirdly...that same cool poster print is available in two sizes as a desktop on the "Fun Stuffs" page. I HAD to be fair to you cheapies out there that don't want to support your MOST FAVORITEST WEB COMIC IN THE WHOLE WIDE WORLD. ^_^ Finally, the last lil' bits of goodness...kiriban is set for 10k. We're more than halfway there. Woot! Remember that the S.H.I.T. contest ends June 15th! (And we know that ALL of you want to have a guest spot in Muy Muvesto!) Be looking for Easter Eggs because some just MAY be answers to the S.H.I.T. April 19th, 2004 Happy I wrote a blurb day. I was born in NY. Patriots day? Hell doesn't that happen every Sunday during football season? Anyways yeah so what she said but double. This week we focus on our friends the POD...okay Pannel of Doom so POD doesn't sue me. Yeah they're pretty good...and look for some nifty easter eggs in this one. Hint Hint...I played with Photoshop.. end hint. Let's see. Yeah shameless promo for WEEKEND ANIME. If you want those hard to find Manga, Anime DVD's, and Toys plus the biggest selection of Anime DVD rentals that is humanly possible in the state of Maine. Go see that place. Cause I'm damn sure your Hollywood/Blockbuster/Video store can't touch their selection. Know what I'm sayin foo? Yeah Shiva's got some groovy new poster prints..while I sit and play Silent Hill 2 like a Zombie...so I know what your thinking. Silent Hill 2 is so 200x. Well for your information...yeah your right..I'm slow...Good thing Shiva is running the show around here....or we'd be forced to see my drawings AGAIN! I intend never to lay my hand on a pencil and draw circular, rectangular, or crooked-straight lines ever again! Until next week Anime fans....stay in school!
